The Role of OTR Steel Ring Separator
This equipment is mainly used for secondary processing of the bead portion cut off by the OTR dismantling machine. The tire beads contain a large number of hard steel wire rings, which can easily cause wear or damage to the equipment when entering the shredding machine directly.
Therefore, the OTR tire steel wire separator strips the steel wire from the rubber by means of strong mechanical extrusion, which effectively improves the efficiency of subsequent processing and protects the service life of other equipment.
