Working Principle

The tire wire removal machine works by double rollers rotating and extruding. When the beads are placed between the two rollers, the two high-strength rollers rotate synchronously, effectively separating the steel beads embedded in the rubber from the rubber material through a strong squeezing action. The separated steel wire can be recycled separately, while the rubber part can be used for the subsequent shredding process.
